Meet Your Physical Needs to be More Confident

One of the most importance confidence boosting tools I have is a handful of almonds.

I am sensitive to low blood sugar. If I get hungry, my body sends me signals that I need to eat, and they show up as overwhelm, anxiety, and frustration.

If I eat a handful of almonds, within 30 seconds I’m usually feeling capable and emotionally balanced again.

My confidence is back!

You may not be as sensitive as I am to hunger, but maybe a bad night’s sleep affects you, maybe you need exercise to feel healthy and well, maybe you just don’t feel right til you’ve had your morning coffee.

Listen to what your body is telling you, and how it affects your confidence.

Affirmations might help some people, but they don’t help me when I need a handful of almonds!
